Job Summary Position: Real Estate Agent. We are seeking ambitious and self-motivated people to join our real estate agency as licensed Real Estate Agents. Whether you're an experienced agent or new to the industry, we welcome anyone passionate and ready to make their mark in the real estate market. Key Responsibilities: Actively prospect and generate leads for property sales and rentals. Market and showcase properties to potential buyers and renters. Guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process with exceptional customer service. Negotiate contracts and close transactions effectively. Stay informed on market trends, property values, and industry regulations. Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals. We Offer: Commission Split: Earn a 60/40 commission split on all transactions for qualified agents. Interns earn a 50/50 split. No Area Restrictions: Work in any area without limitations. No Desk Fees: Keep more of your earnings with no desk fees. Flexibility: Handle both sales and rentals with no restrictions. Income Potential: Your earnings are determined by your drive and success. Team Environment: Join a collaborative team with access to resources, training, and mentorship. Qualifications: Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
