Not only will we ensure that your compliments are fully attended, but for every 50 heads supplied we will place a non-invoicing supervisor to attend to employees' productivity and needs, you, our valued client will not have to attend to payroll, pay queries and HR issues. We adjust our focus of management to client specific needs, but our core basics are Attendance, PPE and Discipline. We simply manage human nature by nature through our trial and tested procedures. o Permanent Placements and Specialized Skills: Attempting to fill that internal vacant position? We all know how time consuming it is to source the correct candidate for internal positions, setting up interviews, sitting through hours and hours of interviews, why use your productivity time for dealing with this. Our experienced payroll team will attend to your internal payroll needs on a monthly, weekly and or bi-weekly basis, ensuring that outsource or permanent staff are paid correctly and on time. Our payroll department will leave no stone unturned to ensure that staff are paid timeously. We have a zero tolerance policy on pay queries and strive to keep all employees content in the workplace. Have you closed all the gaps with internal administration procedures just to find that nothing is going full circle? Our administration team can assist with filing, reporting, auditing and compiling SOP's unique to your business module and also assisting in your HR department with implementation of KPI's and KPA's, general policies and procedures to ensure that the internal flow processes are being followed and being managed through a reporting structure. This service can be contracted on ad-hoc basis, weekly and or monthly.
