Job Description
Job Summary Minimum Requirements:
- Essential: Matric (Grade 12).
- Beneficial: Real estate qualification or certification.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in real estate or property sales.
- Registration with the relevant real estate regulatory body (e.g., EAAB in South Africa).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Goal-driven and self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Valid drivers license and own reliable transport.
- Actively source and generate leads for potential property buyers and sellers.
- Conduct market research to identify competitive pricing and market trends.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings with potential buyers.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
- Guide clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring compliance with all legal and financial requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with attorneys, banks, and bond originators to facilitate the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of listings, sales, and client interactions.
- Provide weekly sales reports and updates to management.
