Beneficial: Real estate qualification or certification.
Previous sales experience, preferably in real estate or property sales.
Registration with the relevant real estate regulatory body (e.g., EAAB in South Africa).
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Goal-driven and self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
Valid drivers license and own reliable transport.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Actively source and generate leads for potential property buyers and sellers.
Conduct market research to identify competitive pricing and market trends.
Arrange and conduct property viewings with potential buyers.
Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
Guide clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring compliance with all legal and financial requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with attorneys, banks, and bond originators to facilitate the sales process.
Maintain accurate records of listings, sales, and client interactions.
Provide weekly sales reports and updates to management.
