Summary

Wexe2x80x99re looking for a real estate sales and marketing specialist to join our team and help us achieve our aggressive growth targets. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing plans, as well as managing a professional team in the on-line estate agency space. You will also be responsible for creating and managing our budget for sales and marketing activities

Description

• Understand and articulate the companyxe2x80x99s products, services, and solutions to customers and prospects.
• Develop and execute sales plans that deliver against quarterly and annual targets.
• Prospect for new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close, including proposal development, negotiation, and contract management.
• Collaborate closely with marketing to develop and execute integrated campaigns that drive demand and pipeline growth.
• Leverage market intelligence and insights to identify trends and recommend strategies to improve performance.
• Provide accurate forecasting and reporting of pipeline and opportunity status.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Participate in trade shows, webinars, and other events to generate leads and build awareness.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and templates.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in marketing, law, or finance.
• 3-5 years professional experience in sales and marketing for an estate agency or in the property industry.
• Demonstrated ability to increase sales and grow revenue.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.

• MBA or other advanced degree
• Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Google Analytics and AdWords

• Fluent in Afrikaans a pre-requisite
• Must own your own vehicle.
• Must stay/live in Pretoria/Centurion
• Must have a minimum of one year experience in the property/real estate industry
