Job Title: Real Estate Receptionist (Fully Remote)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (UK Time)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a warm, friendly, and professional

Real Estate Receptionist

to serve as the

first point of contact for our UK-based clients. In this role, you will be responsible for

managing incoming calls, accurately recording messages, and ensuring timely

communication with the relevant team members

. This position requires someone with

previous experience in the property industry and a natural ability to engage with clients in a

professional

and

personable

manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally Take accurate and detailed messages when necessary Pass on all messages and relevant information to the appropriate team members in a timely manner Handle general client inquiries with warmth and efficiency Maintain a professional tone and appearance (for video calls if required) Provide excellent front-line service to both clients and team members

Requirements:

Previous experience in the property/real estate industry is essential Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills English as a first language - essential for clear and confident communication with UK clients Warm, friendly, and approachable personality Highly organised and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup

Tech & Equipment Requirements:

Own computer or laptop Reliable ADSL/Fibre internet connection Noise-cancelling headphones with mic (for calls/VOIP) Anti-virus protection UPS/back-up battery for load shedding (Non-Negotiable) Smartphone-compatible with VoIP systems

Full-time Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (UK Time) Salary R23 000
