Job Description

We're hiring a real estate inside sales agent to join our top-performing team. You'll be responsible for converting pre-qualified leads into new clients and following up with existing customers to ensure they buy their next home with us. Compensation:


$7 - $8 hourly

Responsibilities:

Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team's progress toward company goals Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer's agent Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us

Qualifications:

At least one year of real estate sales experience Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of cold calling or telemarketing experience, preferably in real estate or sales.

Communication:

Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone presence.

Sales Acumen:

Ability to handle objections, build rapport quickly, and close for appointments.

Tech-Savvy:

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Podio, Mojo Dialer, Salesforce), dialer software, and basic Excel/Google Sheets.

Self-Motivated:

Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and capable of working independently.

Organizational Skills:

Strong time management and organizational skills to manage leads and follow-up tasks efficiently.
