We're building a motivated, high-performance real estate team in Cape Town and are looking for a

sales-focused individual

who loves conversations, follows through, and wants to grow into a long-term role in property.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, is excited by results, and wants to develop their skills in real estate with real earning potential.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Making outbound calls to property owners, buyers, and sellers Speaking to people interested in buying or selling property Managing leads, follow-ups, and client details accurately Building relationships and maintaining consistent communication Keeping track of conversations, progress, and next steps Over time (if desired), assisting with: Property viewings Buyer and seller meetings On-the-ground sales activities

Who We're Looking For

You don't need to be perfect, but you do need the right attitude.

The ideal candidate:

Has a strong background in sales (property experience is a big plus) Is confident on the phone or willing to become confident Is coachable and open to learning new skills and systems Communicates clearly and is willing to improve continuously Has a genuine interest or passion for the real estate industry Is energetic, self-motivated, and ambitious Wants growth, not just a job

Requirements

Own reliable transport Own working laptop Based in or able to work in Cape Town Available full-time
