Position : Real Estate Financial Analyst
Working Schedule : 9a-5p EST
Salary Range : SA $1500-$2000 (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting decision-making for real estate investments, acquisitions, and operations. In this role you will be responsible for approximately 60% Underwriting of new deals, 30% Asset Management, and 10% additional Excel task-related items, including RUB, project tracker, and other excel documents.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct underwriting, financial modeling and analysis to evaluate real estate investment opportunities.
• Preparation of asset management reports
• Preparation and maintenance of Capital Account Ledgers for investors
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports, projections, and market analyses.
• Analyze property performance, operating expenses, and cash flow to identify areas for improvement.
• Support due diligence for acquisitions, including reviewing financial statements and market data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, property values, and economic conditions.

• 3+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst position.
• 3+ years of experience in underwriting new deals.
• Extreme proficiency in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with financial systems.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and software tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Deductive reasoning skills are a must.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
