Own transport and a valid drivers licence
Your own cellphone and laptop
Confidence in cold calling and engaging with clients
Energy, professionalism, and a passion for sales
Previous real estate experience or NQF4? Great but not required (we offer training)

- Must be able to pay overheads of R1 200 per month for office space and access to softwre.
- Must be hungry to learn and eager to make money.
- Self-starter.

- Fluent in English.
- Must able to finance the first 3 months of work as there is no basic salary only high sales volumes.
