REAL ESTATE ACQUISITIONS MANAGER - US WHOLESALE (REMOTE)

Direct Hire | Salary + Commission | US Client

Experienced Virtual Real Estate Acquisitions Manager

On-Target Earnings:

$30,000+ USD per year (R500,000+ ZAR)

Schedule:

10 AM - 7 PM EST | 6 days per week

1+ Year of Proven Virtual Wholesale Acquisitions Experience

Compensation & Earning Potential: R32,700 ZAR - R57,400 ZAR/Month

- Base Salary: $1,400-$2,000/month

- Commission: 2% on initial deal revenue (1% on renegotiations)

- Performance Bonuses: Weekly & monthly

- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $30,000+ / year

Responsibilities

- Dial 150+ pre-qualified seller leads daily (we provide all leads + dialer)

- Build rapport, qualify motivation, and close deals virtually

- Negotiate pricing and terms to create win-win agreements

- Manage pipeline and follow-ups in our CRM

Requirements (No Exceptions)

- 1+ Year of Proven Virtual Acquisitions Experience (closing deals over the phone)

- Strong track record of locking up contracts virtually

- Fluent, confident, and persuasive English

- Master negotiator with elite follow-up skills

- Quiet, professional home office with reliable high-speed internet

- Coachable, competitive, and results-driven
