Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to
inbound, pre-qualified seller leads
Conduct professional discovery calls to uncover motivation, timeline, and property details
Analyze land and single-family properties to determine offer strategy
Confidently present and negotiate cash offers
Navigate complex transactions including probate, foreclosure, and inherited properties
Evaluate zoning, lot lines, flood zones, wetlands, and land-use considerations when applicable
Accurately document conversations, follow-ups, and deal progress in the CRM
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth contract-to-close execution
Required Qualifications
Fluent in spoken and written English
Proven experience as a
high-level deal closer
(real estate or high-ticket sales)
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
Ability to control conversations and guide sellers to decisions
Highly organized and disciplined in a remote work environment
Comfortable with performance metrics and accountability
Professional and empathetic when handling sensitive seller situations
Strongly Preferred Experience (Major Plus)
Experience with or strong knowledge of:
Land acquisitions
Single-family property acquisitions
Foreclosures
Probate and deceased estates
Deceased heirs and inherited property scenarios
Lot lines and parcel analysis
Zoning regulations and land-use restrictions
Flood zones (FEMA)
Wetlands and environmental considerations
Familiarity with real estate CRMs and acquisition workflows
Background in real estate investing, wholesaling, or residential sales
