Key Outputs
To optimise the financial and operational performance of the CSA site through effective management of people, customers, requirements and resources. Implementation and maintenance of equipment management processes and associated risk for Barloworld Equipment and our customers. Achievement of a team environment that enables maximum productivity and profitability includes management of Human Resource Value chain. Effective management of safety, health, environment and quality risks. Managing all the planning departments' outputs.
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
Matric and B Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) Diploma/Degree will be advantageous Business development skills and knowledge
Sound knowledge of the Mine Health and Safety Act
Sound business and financial acumen, knowledge of safety rules and regulations Computer literate (MS Office) CRM, SAP will be an advantage
Understanding of the internal functions of the business
Mechanical reasoning, knowledge of earthmoving equipment and industry
Customer responsiveness, influence and negotiating skills Results orientated, available to travel as and when required Understanding of processes/procedures of Maintenance owned contract sites * Understanding of OEM Warranty processes
