Job Summary Position Overview:
As a Mechanical R&D Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our research and development initiatives. You will be responsible for designing, prototyping, testing, and improving mechanical systems and components. Your innovative ideas and technical expertise will contribute to the development of new products and technologies that will shape the future.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop innovative mechanical solutions.
• Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and prototypes using 3D modeling software and other engineering tools.
• Conduct testing, data analysis, and performance evaluations to validate and optimize designs.
• Identify and troubleshoot design issues, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering, incorporating them into the design process.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure successful product integration and production readiness.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and documentation activities.
• Adhere to project schedules and deliver high-quality work within set deadlines.
• Contribute to intellectual property development through patent research and documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in mechanical design and research and development, preferably in the industry or relevant field.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other engineering analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical systems and components.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
