What We're Looking For:

a? A Degree in Electrical Engineering
a? 5+ years industry experience, ideally in renewable energy or energy systems
a? Practical knowledge and a "get-it-done" approach
a? Strong problem-solving abilities and an appetite for learning
a? Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding
a? A growth mindset and resilient attitude -- We're solving things that haven't been solved before
a? (Nice to have) Leadership potential or client-facing experience
