Job Summary
POSITION: FIELD GUIDE
Qualifications:
- Valid RSA Driver's License and PDP
- FGASA Qualification - Minimum NQF 4 with a minimum requirement of back up trails. Lead trails will be considered a bonus.
- NDT Registration (Mpumalanga)
- Valid First Aid
- 3 Years' Experience as a Field Guide in a Big 5 Game Reserve
- Safaris daily
- Conducting Walking Safaris
- Assistance around the lodge in other departments when required
- Bush clearing and veld management
- Hosting meals
- Vehicle maintenance and upkeep.
- Guest Experience
- Mature and Responsible
- Well Spoken
- Well Groomed and presentable
- Excellent guest interaction
- Ability to take initiative
7 days off per month with 21 annual leave days after one years' service.
5% Provident - does not form part of CTC package (compulsory membership).
Uniform and food provided
Salary based on qualifications: NQF 2 - R7500
With each qualification there is an increment.
