Job Description

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Contribute to a positive customer experience in the way non-deliveries queries are resolved and to ensure all non-deliveries are successfully delivered.

REQUIREMENTS

Computer back ground

Grade 12

Knowledge of the RMS and Portal systems

Good telephone etiquette

Team player

Fully Vaccinated

KEY OUTPUTS

Resolving of daily queries;

Weighing of query parcels

RTS (Return to Sender) parcels where required

Communication with Courier Support Agents

All calls with Clients must be logged on the RMS (Ram Management System)

Update CSD portal.

Checking that the hub summary is managed

Completion of daily spreadsheets (Queries)

Processing feedback

Assisting clients with queries

Editing addresses as per feedback

POD quality control

Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: R8062,50 per month

Work Location: In person
