Job Summary About the Role We're looking for a skilled, adaptable Residential Quantity Surveyor who can manage multiple projects, solve problems quickly, and work independently. You'll handle full QS duties across renovations, additions, and new builds. Key Responsibilities o Pricing new projects from drawings and site details o Taking accurate measurements (on-site & off-plan) o Compiling detailed BOQs (SMM) o Preparing variation orders & issuing payment certificates o Managing procurement, supplier quotes & PO/invoice tracking o Monitoring cost reports, cashflow & early risk flags o Coordinating with site teams, architects, engineers & clients What You Need o BTech in Quantity Surveying o 3+ years residential QS experience OR proven ability to perform full QS scope independently o Strong measurement & estimating skills (CostX/Excel or similar) o Good understanding of JBCC/NEC contracts o Able to work under pressure & solve problems fast o Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously o Computer literate & quick to learn new systems o Driver's licence & own transport Why Work with Us o Supportive, no-drama team culture where problem-solvers thrive o Your input actually matters - we want someone who contributes o Exposure to a variety of exciting residential projects o Room for growth as the company scales and project volume increases o Competitive package + cell & fuel allowances.
