Based in Limpopo

Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a passion for contract administration and cost management?
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial aspects of projects, including cash flow, cost control, and contract administration.
  • Verify monthly invoices and conduct quantity assessments on-site before approval.
  • Oversee contract correspondence, attend site meetings, and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Support the development and implementation of project tracking dashboards.
  • Review bonds, guarantees, and insurances for service providers.
  • Assist in preparing extension-of-time (EoT) requests and variation orders.
  • Conduct periodic performance evaluations for contractors and service providers.
  • Mentor, coach, and train learners, interns, and subordinates for succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Qualifications:
  • Essential: Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • Desirable: Postgraduate diploma or masters degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
  • Professional registration with SACQSP.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification work experience,
  • Proficiency in GCC, FIDIC, NEC, and JBCC contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of cost engineering and financial management.
