Intermediate Building Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
Applicants must have the following requirements:
Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree or a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Quantity Surveying.
Must be registered with SACQSP as a Candidate Quantity Surveyor.
Must have 3 -5 years of experience in a Professional Quantity Surveyor Office.
Must have experience in building projects like residential, warehouses, and commercial.
Must have experience with cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting
Must be proficient with Dimx and WinQS software.
Must be fluent in Afrikaans.
Must be based in the Western Cape.
