Job Description
Quantity Surveyor with B.Sc. or BTech. Degree and minimum 3 years' experience in the Construction Industry, required to join this national Property Development Company based in Sandton.
Minimum requirements:
- B.Sc. or BTech. Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 3-5 years' relevant experience essential
- Measuring of Projects
- Pricing/Budgeting
- Valuations
- Material approvals
- Review plan measurements
