Job Description
Senior Quantity Surveyor required for leading building contractor with multiple projects in George and Knysna area. This is an OFFICE BASED position a well groomed Intermediate to Senior QS
Must have a Quantity Surveying degree or Diploma along with a CCS Certificate
Duties required to execute:
- Assist in contractual and financial aspects of construction
- Liaise with professional team i.e. PQS, Engineers, and Architects and Client
- Costing of variations
- Preparing contract budgets and other financial documentation
- Cost control
- Preparing financial reports
- Preparing and submitting of final accounts
- Preparing monthly valuations
- Subcontract Payments
- Forecast budgets
