- BSc or BTech in Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Civil Industry
- Measurement of Stage 5 quantities
- Setting up of Contract specific summary sheets
- Review and implement Stage 5 quality control check sheets
