Job Description
Education & Skill requirements:
- B.Tech or B.Sc Quantity Surveying degree or diploma is required
- CCS / Candy skills are essential
- Monthly repots- submission of measurements corresponding with project budget and costing
- Subcontractors payment certificates and contract charge (signed and agreed measurements of work done)
- Identify new works and price accordingly (Variation orders and Site instruction)
- On-site measurements
- Engaged with contractors to validate invoice amounts or change order amounts against actual work completed
- Reported on site progress and work completion status to enable accurate and timely cost and schedule updates
- Attended progress and planning meetings to identify and report concerns about delivering projects within budget
- Prepared and maintained directory of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors
- Final account and final statements
- Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures
