Job Description
Our client in the Construction industry is currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor, in Ballito.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Managing Director.
- Create BOQs using WinQS and measure Drawings using DimX.
- Creating Elemental Estimates, tender adjudication and report.
- Doing re-measurements on site.
- Preparing monthly valuations for claims.
- Preparing payment certificates.
- Preparing final account as well as program status reports.
- Preparing Cost Reports.
- Endorsement letters, office administration.
- Attend Site Meetings from Concept stage to Final Account stage.
- Computer literacy, do site inspections.
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or Higher.
- Must be registered with SACQSP as a candidate QS.
- Proficient on DimX and WinQS.
- 3 - 5 years of industry experience.
- R20 000 xe2x80x93 R30 000 CTC per month.
