National Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Supply Chain).
Minimum 2-3 Years Experience
Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Lead and supervise the quality team members to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
Collaborate with the Quality Supervisor to develop and implement quality control processes.
Address and resolve VW quality issues, working closely with relevant stakeholders to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Manage domestic dealer quality issues, providing timely support and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to monitor compliance with established standards.
Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards and best practices.
Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key metrics and improvement opportunities.
Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability within the warehouse team.
