Job Summary
Job Title: Quality Officer
Location: Pretoria / National
Department: Operations / SHEQ
Key Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) essential
Diploma/Certificate in Quality Management, SHEQ, Telecommunications, or IT
2-3 years' experience in quality control/inspection within IT, network cabling, or telecoms
Knowledge of LAN, fibre, data cabling, and basic network infrastructure
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, OHS Act, SANS standards
Key Competencies:
Strong attention to detail & analytical skills
Quality documentation & reporting expertise
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel
Advantageous:
ISO 27001 knowledge
Internal Auditing certification
AV/VC/structured cabling experience
