Responsibilities:
Visit Mobile Network Facilities (Towers) & conduct Quality Inspections, and produce quality acceptance reports after vandalism repairs.
Inspect quality of tools and equipment for Field Engineers.
Run quality and safety training sessions with FMEs and share reports and training documentation.
Manage, and track the complete lifecycle of network defects (snags) from the moment an issue is identified and logged, until the snag is fully resolved and officially closed in the system.
Manage quality on New Site Builds, Battery installations and answer FAQs.
Track and Document progress of various projects in the region (Actual Achieved vs Planned Sites)
Daily reporting and timeously updating on daily basic activities.
Requirements:
4 + years experience in Quality Management in the Telecommunications or Network Operations environment (on or around mobile towers, RAN equipment, RF, Tx, microwave, power systems, or site maintenance).
A Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Quality, Health & Safety or Related Qualification.
Project or Defect Lifecycle Management experience
