Quality Supervisor
East Rand
Our client, a leading company in the fibre network industry, is seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality standards for fibre builds, repairs, and maintenance.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Manage inventory and stock usage, investigating variances.
- Verify proper care and use of company tools and assets.
- Carry out audits of network infrastructure (POPs, nodes, data centres).
- Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years' experience in quality control (telecommunications/fibre industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of fibre networks and related equipment (GPON, Active Ethernet).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.
