Job Description
To oversee the quality of phone calls to clients, to integrate processes between various Monitor divisions and manage Monitors various social media platforms. Represent the Monitor brand on various social media platforms whilst maintaining Monitorxe2x80x99s various platforms and image. Identify measures to improve the customer experience when dealing with Monitor staff and advise of corrective action measures where concerns are detected. Business Partner (BP)/Supplier Vetting, Introduction and onboarding should they comply with Monitors set criteria. Maintain Business Partner register and database. - Excellent communication skills - able to speak, read and write English fluently.
- Good understanding and application of telephone etiquette.
- Highly computer literate on MS Word and Excel.
- Analytical with brilliant attention to detail.
- High School (matric) (Required)
