Fleet Quality Controller - Montague GardensResponsibilities1. Planning of maintenance/repairs for trucks and trailers2. Responsible to ensure the fleet condition is in line with company standards3. Ensure that investigations are done and the correct documents submitted for accidents or damages4. Process enforcement and drafting/implementing new processes for continuous improvement5. Quality checks on maintenance done both internal and external6. Initiate work requests, ensuring the execution thereof and the closing thereof7. The planning and prioritizing of major and minor repairs by liaising with operations and service providers8. Planning of annual fleet replacementsRequirementsxe2x97x8f Grade 12 but preferably a Degreexe2x97x8f 2-3 yearsxe2x80x99 related experience within a similar logistics environmentxe2x97x8f Good verbal and written communication skillsxe2x97x8f Good time managementxe2x97x8f Action orientatedxe2x97x8f A good knowledge of operational procedures and documentationxe2x97x8f Attention to detailxe2x97x8f The ability to work under pressure with limited supervisionxe2x97x8f Willing and able to work overtime, over weekends and on public holidays when requiredxe2x97x8f AssertivenessJob Types: Full-time, PermanentApplication Question(s):What are your current earnings (CTC) ?Experience:transport: 3 years (Required)Application Deadline: 2023/08/24
