Vacancy Type: Full-TimeNon- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Minimum 12 years experience in a food manufacturing or quality control role.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety systems.
- Qualification in Food Safety or Quality Control is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and report writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
This role plays a key part in maintaining hygiene practices and upholding food regulations in a production environment.
- Monitor and enforce food safety and hygiene practices on-site.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain and update quality control records and documentation.
- Report non-conformances and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, and other food safety standards.
