Job Description
The role requires hands-on experience in quality control for precision components, ensuring products meet strict technical and industry standards. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong background in optoelectronics or high-precision manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and test optical and electronic components during production
- Identify defects and verify compliance with quality standards
- Operate inspection tools, including non-contact and digital measurement systems
- Document findings and prepare quality reports
- Monitor production data and recommend corrective actions
- Work independently while upholding quality protocols
- Minimum 3 years' QC experience in optoelectronics, electronics, or precision manufacturing
- Proficiency with digital and non-contact inspection tools
- Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, RoHS, IPC-A-610)
- Ability to work with micron-level tolerances
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
