Quality Control Supervisor

Job Description
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure product standards are met.
Identify and implement operational efficiencies.
Resolve production-related issues promptly.
Supervise and guide the team to maintain optimal throughput.
Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational goals.
Monitor, evaluate, and provide feedback on team performance.
Conduct and oversee monthly Quality and Health & Safety inspections.
Qualifications:
Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.
Skills:
Leadership and organisational skills. Ensure compliance with MAN Automotive SHERQ standards and achieve minimum requirements. Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills. Demonstrate integrity and honesty in dealing with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers. Able to work cross-functionally with teams in other business units. Able to work in a fast paced environment & quickly adapt to changes.
Experience:
Proven experience as a Supervisor in an automotive parts business with warehouse related processes - 4 years.
