RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensuring products supplied to customers are according to required specifications and quality standards
Monitor and ensure relevant procedures comply with Customer requirement, IATF16949 requirements and other legal requirements
Calculate customer return costs, conduct analyses, and provide trend graphs
Generate and manage schedule for process audits
Administer and calculate warranty and OE claims and facilitate submission of documents to stakeholders
Monitor and download communication from Customer Portals and communicate to relevant stakeholders
Update and maintain Company information on Customer portals
Issue non-conformances for irregularities established during the audits are adhered to during the audits through appropriate documentation
Escalate major non-conformance established during the audits to Quality Co-Ordinator and or Quality Manager
