Job Description


To develop, control and monitor Quality assurance outcomes for the secured portfolio within Consumer collections. The CDR portfolio requires proactive quality control and monitoring to create optimal high performance amongst all teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyse and probe trends identified from week Quality evaluations conducted per portfolio.
  • Provide a holistic and concise view on trends identified over a period of time, providing business intelligence in the form of management reporting.
  • Adhere to Quality assurance protocols and create new protocols inline with business requirements.
  • Compile and analyse monthly reporting on findings at individual/team and departmental level and provide useful management data on trends/change requirements and gaps.
  • Assistance with preparation and compilation of QA performance across the portfolio.
  • Proactive and holistic management of trends identified over a period of time, providing business intelligence in the form of root causes/ actions and regular monitoring
  • Adhere to Quality assurance protocols and standards as set out by the Manager and Head of Department
  • Required to perform adhoc QA activities/ research or projects based on business requirements.
  • Responsible for identifying deviations to Business standards practices and the reporting thereof.
  • Ensure alignment to governance and compliance requirements.
  • Regular Stakeholder engagement with all business leads to ensure collaboration on key outputs.
  • To lead a team of Quality assurers and ensure adequate and sustainable delivery of all quality functions required within the structured portfolio.

  • Preferred Qualification
  • Business Management, B Admin, Quality assurance or coaching diploma
Minimum Experience Level
  • 5 years working and relevant industry experience
