Job Description
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
Monitoring calls to improve quality, minimise errors and track operative performance Evaluating the quality of interviews against a set criteria Producing quantitative reports of interviewer techniques Informing team management of outstanding and poor performance Recommending when training interventions should take place, and assisting with same Compiling training materials and other required documentation

Minimum requirements:
National Senior Certificate or equivalent Fluency, written and spoken, in English and Afrikaans Experience as a Quality Assurer Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite
Skills:
Written and verbal communication Telephone etiquette Interpersonal skills Attention to detail
Abilities:
Monitor and guide individuals to achieve desired quality of interviews Work well under pressure Work independently Apply sound judgement
Knowledge and Commitment:
Knowledge of the processes of the Party (advantageous) Commitment to the principles, policies and programme of action of the Democratic Alliance * Willingness to go the extra mile, which may include working long and irregular hours, weekends, and public holidays where necessary
