Job Description

Our client is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist who is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet the established quality standards within an organization. Their role involves inspecting and evaluating products, processes, and procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that the final output aligns with regulatory guidelines and customer expectations. Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and tests of products and processes to ensure they meet predefined quality standards.
• Evaluate and analyze data from quality testing to determine compliance with established standards.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of quality tests, inspections, and corresponding data.
• Ensure proper documentation is in place for regulatory compliance and quality assurance processes.
• Assess and analyze current quality assurance processes and recommend improvements.
• Implement new processes and protocols to enhance quality assurance measures.
• Ensure that products meet all legal standards and compliance requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to quality assurance.
• Provide training and support to team members to ensure compliance and understanding of quality assurance protocols.
• Develop and implement training materials related to quality assurance practices and procedures.
• Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for quality improvement.
• Implement corrective actions to rectify issues and prevent recurrence.
• Generate regular reports and reviews of the quality assurance processes.
• Communicate findings to relevant stakeholders, including management, production teams, and external partners.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Quality Assurance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field is generally expected, although entry-level candidates with strong academic backgrounds may also be considered.
• Experience with quality assurance tools and software (e.g., QMS, Six Sigma) can be advantageous.
