Overview

To assist the R&D and QA Manager in all aspects of the Quality Assurance Services. This role plays a leading support role in continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing department. Ensuring internal controls are in place and functioning as intended.

Qualifications

Degree or B. Tech in mathematics/Statistics/Chemistry or Industrial Engineering. Six Sigma certification. Project management.

Experience

3 years' demonstrated experience in the QA position or relevant field.

Duties

Quality Standards

Becoming proficient in the concepts of Six Sigma with the goal of improving efficiency and quality on all plants. Assist QA Manager in drafting QA procedures and control sheets. Interpret and implement Quality procedures on various plants. Recording, analyzing, and distributing statistical information to identify areas of improvement in the plants

Quality Assurance

Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting of quality data. Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of raw materials and products to ensure finished product quality

Quality Control

Writing management and technical reports. Recording, analysing and distributing statistical information to identify areas of improvement in the plants

Quality Inspection

Document internal quality audits and other QA activities.

Job Competencies

Sound knowledge of statistical techniques and data processing. Technical and analytical skills.
