Job Description
Key Outputs
Compile, implement, manage and train all on the ISO and CC Systems
Control and report on the Corrective and Preventive Non-conformance System
Periodically audit the ISO and CC Systems
Capturing of all incidents and preventative actions taken
Control calibration schedule
Compile all relevant Audit and Management review reports
Prepare for SABS and Caterpillar CC audits
Compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and OHSAS 18001
Accountable to minimize number of non-conformances
Monthly audit of the Quality Management and OHSAS Systems
Reporting of incidents in the workplace
Compliance with the Caterpillar Contamination control guideline (PEBJ 0002-05)
Ensure compliance with calibration of measuring and testing equipment
Responsible for regional certifications (ISO, CC, Caterpillar, etc)
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
Grade 12 One year's experience post qualification Basic understanding of ISO and Contamination Control system
Qualified in relevant trade (Heavy / Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic) Basic understanding of ISO and contamination control systems
Analysis and reasoning (L1)
Attention to detail (L1) and teamwork(L1)
Verbal and written communication (including listening) (L2)
Organisational awareness (L2) and rule orientation (L3)
Building relationships (L1)
* Computer Literacy (MS Office, SAP NCR system) (L2)
