Dis-Chem Life is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist who will monitor service and sales calls to assess consultant behavior, technical accuracy, sales and service performance, and compliance to company policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

3-5 years' experience Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care Focus on quality and customer service Exceptional listening and analytical skills A keen eye for detail The ability to consistently identify mistakes across multiple assessments Documenting and reporting product or service quality levels Developing and implementing standards for assessment Communicating with other team members to solve problems Solid time management skills Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Intermediate Word, Basic Excel) Bilingual is a must Must have own or reliable transport, will be required to work later shifts and alternative Saturdays
