Job Description
The role involves compiling annual product quality reviews, driving the supplier approval program, assisting with audits, customer complaints, and batch release, as well as providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and co-ordinate customer complaints, including trending and corrective actions.oMaintain supplier and manufacturer documentation and drive the QA-28 approval process for raw and packaging materials. oManage the approved supplier, material and manufacturer list (QA-26).oCompile annual product quality review plans and reports, following up on corrective and preventative actions.oManage the Annual GMP Training Procedure, ensuring all records are accurate and training is performed on time.oAssist with batch release if required by reviewing production batch documentation prior to product release.oProvide support for general QA activities.
Essential:
Grade 12Desired:
BTech in Quality Management Systems / Chemistry, BSC in Food science / Chemistry+ or similar .Experience:
Essential:
2 years QA/QC experience in a pharmaceutical environmentDesired:
Experience with Quality Management Systems, Customer complaint investigations, and familiarity with annual product reviewKnowledge:
Food Safety / HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices
