Qualified spray painter , Parow East Cape Town
We are seeking a qualified vehicle spray painter to join our team in Parow East Cape Town.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for vehicle surface preparation , spray painting and polishing ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations.
Salary : Market Related
Requirements:
South African Citizen.
Qualified spray painter.
5 Years experience in a large panel shop.
Strong attention to detail, reliability and communication skills.
Experience working with coaches, trucks and canopies and vehicles insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain & operate the spray booth according to manager / owners guidelines.
Regularly inspect & maintain air supply equipment and ensure clean filters.
Apply paint using appropriate techniques and ensure proper color mixing & matching.
Conduct quality checks throughout the repair process to ensure a high standard of work.
Must be able to polish.
Must be able to lead a preparation team and assist paint shop team if needs be.
Be available to work overtime and weekends when required.
