Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- Red Seal Qualified Automotive Technician
- 3+ years post-qualification experience in a dealership or workshop environment
- Mahindra and/or Chery brand experience (Essential)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of latest tools, diagnostic equipment, and vehicle systems
- Valid drivers license (Code 08 or higher)
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Perform routine services, inspections, and mechanical repairs
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
- Ensure all work is carried out to manufacturer standards
- Complete job cards and reports accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technical training and bulletins
