Job Description
Your areas of responsibility:
Lead and manage the QC laboratory team, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety and quality standards. Oversee the testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Ensure compliance with ISO standards, internal specifications, and customer requirements. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments. Develop and implement SOPs, quality protocols, and corrective actions. Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues. Prepare and present quality reports, trend analyses, and audit findings. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the lab.
Qualifications and skills we are looking for:
Degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Analytical Chemistry. Minimum 8 years' experience in QC or R&D laboratory management. Experience in oil lubricants manufacturing and testing. Proven track record in Analytical method development. Strong teamwork and customer focus.
