• Performs manual packing functions of production process as per relevant SOPs (e.g. bottles onto line, product into cartons, shrinks into shippers or stacking onto pallets etc.).
• Cleans facility and general equipment as per SOPs.
• xe2x80x8bProcess product as per specified procedures and completes documentation as required.
• xe2x80x8bAttends and provides training as required.
• xe2x80x8bComplies with all QMS SOPs and standards
• Conduct all work activities on accordance with the Environment Health, Safety and Wellbeing Policy QD-POL-000823.
• Maintain a secure and healthy workplace by efficiently managing risks, including psychosocial risks, to protect our people and the environment from physical or mental harm. Achieve this through our internal control framework, EHSW standards, local SOPs and actively working towards achieving our objectives and targets.
• Complies with EHS and Engineering standards and guidelines and site EHS procedures.
• xe2x80x8bComplies with regulations pertaining to dress code and safety equipment.
• Actively participates in the ZAP program by reporting Near Miss and Observations to help reduce risk and improve safety. Minimum number of reports to align with the site KPI.
• xe2x80x8bParticipates in process improvement initiatives and projects.
• xe2x80x8bSupports new ways of working as implemented through HAPS.
• xe2x80x8bCompletes regular ZAPs and ensures workstation is 5S compliant.
• xe2x80x8bCarries out other general and process-specific duties required by line management or relevant SOPs.
• Must be able to work continental shifts

Qualifications and skillsRequired

• Grade 12 or Equivelent.
• Packaging experience in a GMP environment.
• Experience on Pasx.
• Ability to work continental shifts.
