Job Description

Procurement activity: According to the company procurement plan or solar project requirements, responsible for procurement activities; including sourcing, quotation, price negotiation, place order, invoice processing and payment arrangements, and coordination of abnormal situations.

Supplier Management: Develop potential suppliers according to the company's development and project progress, and organize relevant teams to review potential suppliers, and select suppliers that meet the company's requirements and cost requirements.

Supplier database management: Build strategy supply partner for solar projects delivery, establish cost accounting templates for core non-production products.

Purchasing process optimization: By modifying and supplementing the inapplicable or insufficient processes in the implementation of the existing productive procurement processes.

Cost evaluation: Have to understand and analysis the cost or quotation provide by suppliers.

Educational Background:

Bachelor's Degree (and above) in Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and other related majors in solar and power distribution.

Work Experience:

Minimum 5 years of engineering procurement experience.

At least 2 years experience in electrical utility, or distributed photovoltaic market or solar project implementation.

Team management experience and capability.

Knowledge and skills required:

Knowledge of PV system and product, evaluation of the solar project cost.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, team work spirit.
