Job Description
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Stripping, inspecting, and assembling various types of pumps Carrying out pump repairs and fault finding Routine maintenance and servicing of pumps and related equipment Assisting with general workshop duties and housekeeping Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard Adhering to company safety policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements
Proven experience as a pump fitter or in a similar mechanical role Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on repair skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good time management and attention to detail Willingness to assist with general workshop tasks
Advantageous (but not essential)
Trade qualification or relevant technical certification Experience with industrial pumps, boosters, or pipework
