To drive the entrepreneur banking objectives (i.e. Lifestyle, Prestige, Middle) for Standard Bank Financial Consultancy (SBFC) within an allocated region (i.e. Limpopo, Mpumalanga & North West) and within laid down regulatory and Standard Bank Group policies in order to grow profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
Regional Performance & Stakeholder Engagement: Ensures that all SBFC objectives and initiatives are delivered within the region through the effective and efficient implementation of the approved franchise model for outlets in support of a world class premier advisory strategy
Sales Management: Develops regional sales targets in alignment with overall SBFC sales and service objectives.
Regional Productivity Management: Reviews and analyses the regional customer base within Standard Bank and other, in order to identify any potential opportunities and allocates resources accordingly.
Regulatory & Compliance: Accountable for all SBFC risk and compliance matters for the region.
People management: Leading a high performing team.
