Leading, managing and integrating the Provincial Finance, Support Services, Campaign, and Communications teams to ensure that all systems designed are aimed at maximising the Party's votes in Mpumalanga
Being the interface between the administration and political and campaign structures in the province
Providing leadership and direction to all provincial staff

National Senior Certificate or equivalent
Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
3 years' experience in a management role
5 years' experience in the field of finances and support services
Experience in human resources management, including performance management, and recruitment & selection
Information system and technology skills at intermediate level
Valid driver's licence with access to a vehicle for daily business related use
Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite
