Job Description

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Conducting high quality telephonic interactions with voters
  • Professionally obtaining voter information
  • Meeting daily targets relating to the relevant campaigns

Minimum requirements:
  • National Senior Certificate or equivalent
  • Experience in a call centre
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other official language
  • Knowledge of Party systems (advantageous)
  • Computer literacy in MS Office Suite

  • Telephonic etiquette
  • Written and verbal communication
  • Time management and organisation
  • Administration and attention to detail
Abilities:
  • Work under pressure
  • Work independently
  • Be outcomes-orientated, not simply task-orientated
Knowledge and Commitment:

  • Willingness to go the extra mile, which may include working long and irregular hours, weekends, and public holidays where necessary
